How much have we been taught or learned that to create and be involved in your own business that it has to be hard work and that for it to be successful you have to ‘do’ everything yourself?
Even though for some of us, the creative aspect of business and putting things into action is fun and exciting, there can be an underlying sense that if we are not working 24/7 that it could fail because we are not working hard enough.
What if that doesn’t have to be true?
Did you know that studies show that most people would rather die than go on stage? How crazy it that?
What if you didn’t have to have sleepless nights or get stressed weeks in advance of an event or situation where you have to speak or do something in front of other people?
Is it time to go beyond stagefright?
Stage fright can apply to many different scenarios, as well as performing on stage. Making a presentation in a boardroom, introducing yourself to a new group of people, making a toast, addressing a group of friends and so on can all seem incredibly overwhelming.
Why validation isn’t as good as you think it is?
Validation is something that most of us have sought at some point in our lives, especially as children wanting to be acknowledged and recognised for doing something well.
How often do we actually carry that throughout our lives, whether in the workplace wanting to be told that we have done a great job or desiring validation from our partners within our relationships?
Quite often when we don’t receive the validation or the approval or recognition that we have been seeking, we can become frustrated or angry and feelings of resentment can begin to show up, creating disharmony for ourselves and in our lives.
Are you listening to the whispers of possibility?
We are so used to listening to the things that are really loud and solid in our worlds, the things we think we are supposed to do, should do, in the right order and in the correct way. As a result we can totally dismiss the whispers of possibilities that are all around us, just waiting to be heard and contribute to us.
What are the whispers of possibility?
The whispers of possibility are where we follow our knowing, our gut instincts, our intuition, that go way beyond the limitations and logic of our minds.
Have you ever had the point of view that you have to do everything? Have you ever realised how much in your business and in your life, that you have to get it all done and that you have to be there to create and do everything for everyone all on your own?
We are so used to thinking that we are alone in this world, even when we are surrounded by people, friends, amazing family and yet still have the sense that we are alone in whatever we are creating in our life and that we have to be the source for everything and everyone.
